Education Foundation

The Education Foundation supports the school in many ways. We help to bridge the gap in federal and state funding and more! Charter schools receive less funding than district schools. The money we raise helps to pay for a higher education for the students of Northern New Mexico and the Moreno Valley. These funds target professional development, competitive compensation and benefits enablement, resources for the class room, curriculum and content support, wellbeing and work-life balance, mentorship and leadership development, data-driven improvement and collaboration, career pathways, college and real-world readiness support, college scholarships, recognition and gratitude acknowledgments, sustainability and resource stewardship. This looks like; faculty stipends, initiatives to attract and retain high-quality educators, investing in instructional technology, lab supplies, blended learning tools to empower teachers to deliver rigorous coursework, early college experiences, digital resources, formative assessment tools, teacher and student wellness stipends, mental health resources, programs to acknowledge staff and student contributions and milestones, mentorship programs for staff and students, leadership, administrative and instructional development, professional development days, and more to enhance student and teacher successes.
